This is a GREAT alternative to the boxed mac & cheese …..

Fabulous Kelli’s Mac & Cheese
2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp dry ground mustard
1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 cups milk
2 cups (8 oz) sharp cheddar cheese

1) Pre-heat oven to 350.  Cook & drain macaroni.
2) Melt butter in a 3 quart pot over med heat.  Stir in flour, salt, pepper,
mustard and Worcestershire sauce.  Cook over low heat, stirring until
mixture is smooth and bubbly.  remove from heat.  Stir in milk.  Heat to boiling,
stirring constantly.  Add cheese.  Heat until melted.
3) Gently stir macaroni into cheese sauce.  Pour into 2 quart casserole.
Bake uncovered 20-25 minutes. or until bubbly.  Enjoy!!
