Sharing with Mom’s on the web
I thought the same thing when I first heard of this … yeah right! I finally saw a commercial for the Topsy Turvy Upside Down Tomato Planter & was amazed. I have never seen a tomato plant grown upside down from a hanging planter. My thinking is, how great! It takes up no space in my garden & I won’t have to worry about constantly staking them up! Am I going to try this … oh yeah! Last year, I tried growing tomatoes in pots & it was difficult … no sooner I would stake them, I would have to go back & rearrange the stakes to fit my fast growing tomato plants! My hope is that the Topsy Turvy will be easier to care for! Besides it will free up some space in my new garden this year for other vegetables!

I agree…this idea is simply ingenious! I’m an (Hobbiest Inventor) and obviously, the first thing I thought when I saw the commercial, was…”Why didn’t I think of that?!?” I’m thinking about making one for my Son’s garden. Let me know how the ‘Topsy Turvy” works out for you! Thanks In Advance!

I have recently discovered hydroponics soiless growing to grow my strawberries all year long. I used to grow my vegetables outdoors in my outdoor garden, but had problems with vermin and pests. Now I’ve have moved my hydroponic garden in-doors and began cultivating my garden with hydroponics. The plants grow quicker and the organic results are stellar. I would steer you towards hydroponic gardening to anyone looking to grow plants all year. Hydroponics gardening is a lot better than traditional soil gardens in my opinion. Just my opinion. I hope this helps…
